They provide awesome tubes and will drive you back to your vehicles. The price is reasonable and definitely worth it. Would definitely recommend

We had a party of 9 today in the river. Staff was friendly & helpful. Tubes were super comfy, the river was fast, fun, and the van was there when we arrived at the pick up spot. Perfect day on the river we would go back tomorrow if we could.

Horrible! Friendly when they took my money. I was given the tubes and life vests and was instructed that if there was an emergency to get out of the water, walk to the road and ask someone to call them. I needed to abort the trip over safety concerns for myself and 2 grandchildren. The river was not high but I lost my tube in an area over my head and became very tired swimming with the current to get it back. Children had drifted further down from me and were not in vision and had difficulty stopping . I felt for safety reasons I could not continue as I could not appropriately supervise the 2 children ( 11 and 13). We left the water about 1 hour into the trip and had a neighbor call the company to pick us up. Laurie came with a horrible attitude stating that I was only to call for a medical emergency and this was not a medical emergency( like feeling unsafe and not being able to supervise children in the water was not an emergency- should i have waited until someone was hurt or drowned? ). . She continued to lecture me in front of my grandchildren stating I had endangered them by getting out of the water and going to the road to ask for help despite the fact that is what I had been instructed to do ( not allowed to bring a cell phone). She continued to blamed me saying that I didnt " listen" to their instructions and put the children in danger and accused me of just changing our minds about completing the 3.5 hour trip by asking to be picked up. . I told her that her attitude was bad, that I was the adult supervising them and was the one to decide when to get out of the water. I said that I would expect as a customer that needed their assistance to be treated better. I recited safety concerns as my reason for aborting the trip early and that her attitude warranted a poor review. She said that she would refute my review as " she was tired of people not listening then writing bad reviews". I thought of leaving the car as it was so hostile but I didnt know where I was . Upon returning to Tweed River, an employee was filming me and accusing me of endangering the children and telling me the release I had signed allowed him to take pictures. He even taunted my grandchildren by their van as they did not know how to unlock the door. My keys to my car were practically thrown at me and the two continued to harrass me as I left accusing me of endangering the children. All this hostility in front of my grandchildren. Needless to say, I left quickly then cried from the humiliation.

Honestly, these people are crazy and should not have a license to be in business. Water safety is paramount- not their sense of inconvenience.

Called twice and they were informative. The parking area has music and a warm, welcoming vibe. Our group of 4 did loose one oar. The river was high and it was fun. We had one "flip-over" at the rapids near the bridge, but it was fun and beautiful. If I did it again, I would bring a water proof camera, snacks, drinks and a floaty chord for my sunglasses. Definitely wear shoes!

Always fun tubing down the tweed! Great staff. A yearly tradition
